Here at easyfundraising, we are dedicated to providing a safe and FREE way for good causes to raise funds. To do this, we regularly review and update the processes that we follow to ensure we can provide the best service we can to those causes that use us to help with their fundraising.
Causes are at the heart of what we do and we want to make sure that you can have the confidence in us that we are paying the right amounts to the right people at the right time. This means that we have made the decision to update our payments processes and the information that we require before we can make payments.
If changes have been made to your cause since we last paid you, or if we have never paid a payment to the cause before, we may ask you to let us know some extra information.
We will send a form that should be completed with the required information, we will also require proof of the cause that is due to be paid which could be in the form of a headed letter with signature from an authorised member of the cause or a copy of the letter showing you are completing a challenge.
