We are continually updating our systems and services that we provide. So that we can continue to do this and to enable us to invest time in developing some exciting new fundraising opportunities in the near future, we have taken the decision to stop making payments to causes through JustGiving.
New causes that sign up and causes that need to update their payment method can no longer select JustGiving for their payments.
If you were paid by JustGiving, the cause admin will have been sent an email requesting that they update the payment details to either BACS or cheque as soon as possible but no later than 14th August 2017. This is to ensure that we can continue to make payments to the cause with no interruptions. For any causes that don't complete the changes by this date, we will have to remove their payment method meaning no payments can be made until these are updated.
There is no cost to you as a cause for using easyfundraising or to be paid by BACS or cheque, in fact if you were paid by JustGiving, you will save the fee that was retained by them for managing the payment. You will still receive the payments email from us but you will get the funds directly.
To update your causes payment details, the cause admin will just need to go to the Cause Settings and select payment information then follow the on-screen instructions.
