£100 BONUS / £3 REGISTER AND ACTIVATE TERMS 

PRIZE DRAW TERMS

1. To enter the £100 bonus: you must book and attend a coaching call between 18th September – 29th September 2023 via https://easyfundraising-tkat.youcanbook.me spaces are limited and will be on a first come, first served bases. The school will the most supporters by 6^th October will win a £100 donation.

2. Promotion period runs from 22^nd September – 6^th October 2023 all booked calls must take place between this timeframe.

5. Prize: 1x £100 donation that will be added to your eaysfundraising account within 7 days of confirmation from winner and payable on the subsequent payment quarter.

6. The winner will be notified no later than 17:00 on Wednesday 11^th October either by email or phone. Winner must then respond via either communication channel no later than Wednesday

25^th October of receiving contact from easyfundraising to claim the prize. Failure to do so within the timeframe will result in a new winner selected. 

£3 BONUS TERMS

1. To participate in the £3 per new supporter incentive: you must be offered this incentive via an easyfundraising specialist. 

2. Promotion period runs for 1 month from the date outlined and specified between the registered cause and fundraising specialist. If this incentive date frames changes, this must be disclosed via email to the fundraising specialist. 

3. Offer restrictions: The offer is only open to UK residents. Employees of the Promoter, or their agents, families and suppliers, or anyone connected with this offer are not eligible to participate.

4. You must be registered and have a valid cause page on the easyfundraising platform.

5. Offer: £3 bonus for every new supporter that registers during the incentive timeframe agreed AND raises a donation within 30 days of their (supporter) registration. Duplicate supporter registrations and supporters already registered on the easyfundraising platform that move to support the cause will not count.

6. £3 donation will be added and visible on the supporter and cause account within 72 hours of the purchase or once a missing donation has been raised and resolved. The £3 bonus donation will be paid on the subsequent payment quarter whilst the tracked donation from the purchase will be added as per the easyfundraising donation terms.

7. Donation status must be ‘pending’ from either a tracked donation or a missing claim that has been raised during the 30 days of registration from as purchase placed within the 30 days of registration. 

8. If a supporter registers and doesn't go onto raise a donation the £3 bonus will not be added nor claimed at a later date outside the incentive period.

9. easyfundraising reserves the right to remove any account holders from the promotion that they feel may breach any of these terms and conditions or may bring the participant or the promotion into disrepute.

10. easyfundraising reserves the right to remove any account holders from the promotion that they feel may breach any of these terms and conditions or may bring the participant or the promotion into disrepute. This includes purchases that may be fraudulent or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

11. easyfundraising reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any event outside our control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by easyfundraising.

12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any outside 3rd party body
