FAQ: Why wasn't I paid on the last donation day? 29 January 2024 18:25 Updated There are three reasons why you may not have been paid on the last donation day You had less than £15 of donations available for payment at the cut-off period You haven't added payment details Your payment method needs updating You had less than £15 of donations ready to be paid at the cut-off period On Donation Day you must have £15 or more donations Available for payment by the cut-off date. If your confirmed and paid donations are below £15, that money will be kept in Available for Payment until it reaches or surpasses the minimum limit. Once it hits £15 or more, we'll transfer it to you on the next Donation Day. Two weeks before each donation day, we implement a donation cut-off. This allows our team to process all the donations that have come through and ensure everything goes smoothly. If you earned a donation after this cut-off date, then it will not be Available for payment until the following Donation Day.
