There are three reasons why you may not have been paid on the last donation day
You had less than £15 of donations available for payment at the cut-off period
You haven't added payment details
Your payment method needs updating
You had less than £15 of donations ready to be paid at the cut-off period
On Donation Day you must have £15 or more donations Available for payment by the cut-off date. If your confirmed and paid donations are below £15, that money will be kept in Available for Payment until it reaches or surpasses the minimum limit. Once it hits £15 or more, we'll transfer it to you on the next Donation Day.
Two weeks before each donation day, we implement a donation cut-off. This allows our team to process all the donations that have come through and ensure everything goes smoothly. If you earned a donation after this cut-off date, then it will not be Available for payment until the following Donation Day.

If you haven't updated your payment method for a while, it's worth checking to make sure the details are correct. You may have changed bank account or postal address, in which case the details will need updating, otherwise our payment may bounce. These details can be updated by clicking here.
