How do I change the cause logo and description?

You can change your logo or picture and description in your cause settings. We double check the changes and you will get an email when we have confirmed the update, it can then take 24 hours for your changes to show.

If you have added your logo recently and it isn't showing, this is because we are in the process of migrating to our new look site, to do this we are having to make some changes in stages one of which is adding a logo.

If you add a logo now, we will store it and when the new cause page is ready to be released, your new logo will automatically show. If you would like us to add the logo to your current page please send it to us by email to us@easyfundraising.org.uk and we will update the cause for you.

It's really important to have a description for your cause so that your supporters know what they are helping you to raise funds for and so you can tell them how they are helping.
