We'll pay donations raised through shopping and search to your good cause every three months providing the balance of donations ready to be paid is over £15, if the balance is less than £15 then the donations carry over until they can be paid.
A donation is ready to be paid when:
- we have been paid by the retailer for the amount raised
- it was raised before the statement cut off date, this is normally the end of the previous quarter
- if the total of donations ready to be paid is over £15
We'll send the cause admin an email to let them know the quarterly statement is ready to view in their Account. This will tell them which donations have been paid and will be included in the payment.
The transactions view that a cause admin has access to shows the following statuses:
Our Status | What this means |
Pending | We've received a notification that a donation could be given of this value. It's still to be validated and is not guaranteed for this amount. |
Confirmed |
The donation has been updated to show this is what we should receive from the network, no donation is guaranteed until we have been paid by the network. We will be adding a status in the coming weeks to show which donations are ready to be paid. |
Declined | The donation has been rejected by the network, if you are unsure why this might be you can complete a donation query form for us to get more information for you. |
Paid | We have been paid by the network and have paid the donation to the cause. |
We aim to make payments within 90 days of a quarter ending:
Quarter details are:
Quarter 1 ends on 31st March and statements are ready by the end of June
Quarter 2 ends on 30th June and statements are ready by the end of September
