We'll pay donations raised through shopping and search to your good cause every three months providing over £15 in donations has been confirmed up to the end of that quarter.
We'll send the cause admin an email to let them know the quarterly statement is ready to view in their Account. This will tell them which donations have been confirmed and will be included in the payment.
Retailers have 30 days to credit an account with a donation, they then have a further 90 days to actually confirm the donation (120 days in total). Most donations take less than 120 days to be confirmed by the retailers but some things, like travel and insurance purchases, may take longer. Details of these will be included in the individual retailers terms and conditions on their listing.
Donations are only paid to your cause once they are confirmed, as this may be after the closure of the quarter the purchase was made in, these donations are rolled over until they are confirmed.
If your cause hasn't reached £15, don't worry, donations roll over until they do and then get paid in the next quarter.
We aim to make payments 90 days after the quarter closes, but this can't always be guaranteed.
Quarter details are:
Quarter 1 ends on 31st March and statements are ready by the end of June
Quarter 2 ends on 30th June and statements are ready by the end of September
Quarter 3 ends on 30th September and statements are ready by the end of December
Quarter 4 ends on 31st December and statements are ready by the end of March
