We'll pay your good cause every three months providing over £15 has been raised (and confirmed) in that quarter.
If your cause hasn't reached £15, don't worry, donations roll over until they do and then get paid in the next quarter.
Retailers have 30 days to credit an account with a donation, they then have a further 90 days to actually confirm the donation (120 days in total, this can be longer for travel and insurance purchases).
Donations are only paid to your cause once they are confirmed, as this may be after the closure of the quarter the purchase was made in, these donations are rolled over until they are confirmed.
We aim to make payments 90 days after the quarter closes, but this can't always be guaranteed.
Quarter details are:
Quarter 1 ends on 31st March and statements are ready by the end of June
Quarter 2 ends on 30th June and statements are ready by the end of September
Quarter 3 ends on 30th September and statements are ready by the end of December
Quarter 4 ends on 31st December and statements are ready by the end of March
We will generate a statement for the cause to confirm what will be paid before payments are made and the cause admin will be emailed to confirm when this is ready. Payments will follow shortly after by the causes chosen payment method.
