If the reply you receive does not resolve things to your satisfaction you can escalate your query by sending full details of the issue to complaint@easyfundraising.org.uk
This will be passed on to the Customer Support Manager who will respond within 2 working days. Please note if your query is relating to a Missing Donation from a retailer, this needs to be reported to us via the Missing Donation Form available in your account.
