Some donations will be added to your account the same day that you shop, others are added when your order is dispatched. Each retailer has it's own processes and as such donations can be added at different times depending on who you have shopped with.
When a donation is added to your account, it will be classed as pending until it is confirmed by the retailer (this can take a further 120 days to happen and longer for those Travel, Insurance and Utility donations) but once it has been confirmed, we will make sure it is included in the next payment quarter.
We would normally allow 2 weeks to pass before we started to worry but so that you don't have to remember to come back and check, you can let us know you are missing a donation as soon as you realise it isn't showing on your account.
To let us know you have a donation missing you just need to fill in our Missing Donation form which you can get to on your Donation History.
