If your in-store donation hasn’t appeared after 7 days:
Make sure the retailer is a participating in-store partner.
Check that your card was registered before making the purchase.
Ensure you paid directly with the registered card (not via a different one or via a non-supported app).
- If everything seems correct, contact our support team for help with investigating your missing in-store donation by emailing us at instore@easyfundraising.org.uk with the following information:
- Location you shopped at (e.g. Tesco Superstore, 299 Aston Ln, Aston, Birmingham B6 6QR).
- The amount you spent.
- The date of your shop.
- The last 4 digits of the card you made the purchase with.
