As part of our ongoing improvements to easyfundraising we have made some changes to how our cause admins access their cause information.
The old 'Admin Area' has now been removed and the information previously held there has been moved to your Account Menu. Here you will find your Cause Settings and new links to the following areas:
**Change My Profile Page**
Here you can edit your unique web address link (URL) to share with your potential supporters.
**Change Payment Details**
Please take a few moments to double check the payment details are correct. In case you weren't aware we can make payments by cheque or BACS but please note that we are currently unable to make payments to building society accounts. Please contact us if you need any assistance with this.
**Change My Information**
We would also ask you to check the description of your cause is up to date. This helps to make sure your cause is unique and ensure supporters know who they are signing up to help.
**Change My Image**
Adding a logo to your cause helps to personalise your account and makes a big difference to your supporters. You can do that here.
**View My Statements**
You can see all the important account information including how much has been raised as shown on your statements and what payments have been made.
**View My Transaction Summary**
This area lets you see all of the transactions raised by your supporters and what their current status is.
