How do I log in to the easyfundraising website?

You can log in with your email address and password that you used when you registered with easyfundraising, using your Apple ID or your Facebook Account:

Email address and password

If you used your email address to register this is the option you would choose, complete the details and then sign in.

If you have forgotten your password, there are 2 links you can use to get into your account - 

Send log in link to email - this will let you log in to your account but won't reset your password so you won't be able to make any changes within your account if you use this one.

reset password - this will let you select a new password for your account so you can then log in fully and will be able to make changes to your account.

If your email address isn't working and you registered on an Apple device, you may have used their Hide My Email feature you can check this in the settings on your Apple device, just go to Settings> Apple ID> iCloud> Hide My Email from here you can check if you did hide your email address and what you will need to use to log in.

If you're still having problems logging in, just contact our Support Team with your name and the name of the cause you're raising for and we can try and track down your account.

Apple sign-in

You can use your Apple ID to register and log in - just follow the instructions on screen.

Facebook sign-in

You can use your Facebook account to register and log in - just follow the instructions on screen.

Connecting your social accounts

If you would like to choose between these options to log in you will need to connect your social accounts. You can do this in your account settings, just use the on/off buttons and follow the on-screen instructions.

How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a new one just fill in your registered email address and a reset link will be sent to you. 

If you try to use an email address that isn't registered with us, you will see a message to let you know. 

If you don’t receive the email, please check any junk folders you have.

If you're still having problems, please contact our Support Team.

How can I change my username and password?

To change your information, all you need to do is go to Account in the top right-hand corner then choose either manage your account if you're on the website or Account Information if you're on the app.

To change your login details (and you know what they are) just go to Change my login details. 

Make any changes you need to and then just Save.

If you have forgotten your password and you need to reset it you can use our forgotten password page.

How do I update my profile (personal information)?

Go to Update account details and preferences to update your name, contact number, profile picture, date of birth, gender and address details.

Just follow the instructions on screen.

How do I update my preferences (the emails and messages you receive)?

To amend the emails that you receive from us and update your privacy settings just go to Manage email preferences and use the on/off switches to update each option.

Make any changes you need to and then just Save.

Can I change the cause I’m supporting?

To change the good cause you support go to Account in the top right-hand corner then if you're on the website choose Change the cause I support or if you're on the app go to Change the cause you raise for.

You can search by name for the cause you wish to support or you could choose from our list of popular causes. You can also register your own cause. 

Can I support more than one good cause?

At the moment you can only choose one good cause to support from your account but you can change this at any time. If you wanted to support more than one good cause, you could change who you're raising for before you start shopping.

To change the good cause you support go to Account in the top right-hand corner then if you're on the website go to manage your account and then change the cause you're supporting or if you're on the app go to Change the cause you raise for.

You can search by name for the cause you wish to support or you could choose from our list of popular causes. You can also register your own cause. 

Who can see where I have shopped?

The cause admin and supporters of the cause can see how much in total has been raised for the cause and there is a leaderboard that shows how much supporters have raised.

If you would prefer to be anonymous, you can update this in your account How do I update my profile (personal information)?

No one outside easyfundraising can see where you have shopped or what you spent and no one including easyfundraising can see what you purchased.

What does easyfundraising know about my shopping?

So that the easyfundraising team can track the donations you've raised, we know where you've shopped and how much you spent but what you've bought is your business!

How does easyfundraising take care of my data?

There is no catch! Whatever you buy, the cost is the same as it would be if you visited the brand directly. 

We don’t take any financial information as all purchases are made with the retailer and we don’t sell on your information, you can view our Privacy Policy if you want to know more.

How do I view the data that easyfundraising holds about me?

To access and download your information or to delete your account and information just go to Your easyfundraising data.

How do I close my account?

If you wish to support another good cause, go to Account in the top right-hand corner then if you're on the website go to manage your account and then change the cause you're supporting or if you're on the app go to Change the cause you raise for.

If you want to fully close your account our Support Team can do this for you, just use this form to let them know and they'll get back to you.
