Where can I see how my cause is doing?If you're on the easyfundraising website, there are three blocks under What's new on the homepage, the third block shows you a summary of your Cause's activity including their name, their donations and number of supporters. If you select See Supporter Activity you'll be taken to a summary of your Cause Supporters including when they registered, when they were last active and the total they have raised.You can also go to Account in the top right hand corner and then under Cause settings go to View cause transaction Summary to see all the donations raised.If you also support the cause that you're the Admin for, you can view a Supporter leaderboard under your Account summary.If you have the easyfundraising app, you can view the total that has been raised for your cause, how many other supporters they have and how much you have raised for them using the cause tab on the app. When will my good cause be paid?So that we can pass on donations to your cause, the Cause Admin will need to make sure they have set up the payment method and provided payment details.To do this, all they need to do is go to Account in the top right-hand corner then under the Cause settings section select Change cause payment details and follow the onscreen instructions. We can make payments by BACS to a bank account or cheque payable to the cause. We don't support payments to Building Societies or by PayPal at present. All details are stored safely and secured and can be reviewed at any time.Every three months we add up how much the supporters of each cause have raised and that we've been paid for, providing that comes to more than £15 we will transfer the funds to the good cause using their selected payment method. If the amount ready to be paid is less than £15, we keep carrying it over until it's ready to be transferred to the cause.As the cause administrator, you will receive an email to let you know your when your quarterly update is available to view, you can see previous statements by going to Account in the top right-hand corner then under Cause settings choose View cause statements.If you haven't received a payment that you think you should have had by now, please contact our Support Team who can take a look for you. How do I change who is the Cause Admin?To change the person who represents the good cause with easyfundraising, there are some steps you will need to complete before we can make any changes: Are you the person who is currently representing the cause? If yes - as the current admin you can give authorisation to hand over the cause admin access to someone else. If you're not the current admin but you know who is, they will need to be the ones to contact us to request the change. If you're not the current admin and the person who has that role cannot be located then confirmation will need to be provided showing that the new person taking over the role as cause admin has authorisation to do so. Is the person taking over registered with easyfundraising already? If yes - they have an account that we can move admin access to. If they don't have an account with us yet, they will need to create one before we can give cause admin access to them on their account. Once you can answer yes to both of the questions above, you will need to provide the following information to our Support Team: Your email address - so we can get back to you The name of the cause that needs to be updated The name of the person taking over as the cause admin The email address that is registered with easyfundraising for the person that is taking over The role within the cause of the person that is taking over The contact number for the person that is taking over Confirmation they are happy to take over as the cause admin Proof that you have authorisation to change the cause admin as detailed above Once we have that information we can review the details and will get back to you with an update as soon as we can. How do I update the details you hold about my Cause?I want to change the name of my Good Cause.Use this form to contact our Support Team, make sure you include what you want to change the cause name from and to and we will be happy to make this change for you.I want to change the payment details for my Good Cause.To do this, all you need to do is go to Account in the top right-hand corner then under Cause Settings choose Change cause payment details and follow the onscreen instructions. Can I send messages to the supporters of my cause?As the cause admin, there are a number of messages that you can update that we will pass on for you. These are usually triggered when something happens, like they register or when they raise a donation.You can edit the message in your Cause Account just go to Account, then under Cause Settings choose manage Supporter Communications and update the messages: easyfundraising, Amazon and your Good CauseIf you're representing a good cause that is registered with the charity commission, you and your supporters are currently unable to earn donations through Amazon.If the good cause you represent is not registered with the charities commission, you and your supporters are able to earn donations through Amazon.
