If you don’t receive a stamp, it usually means your purchase didn’t generate a donation (stamps are only awarded when a donation is raised). Please check your donation history first. If the donation is missing, please use our missing donation form and we can follow up for you.
Once a missing donation has been raised and approved, a stamp will be added to your card automatically.
If you have received a donation but your stamp card hasn’t been updated within 24 hours, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ensure the stamps are added for you. You can contact us via:
