Most donations appear in your easyfundraising account within a few hours of making your purchase.
However, the time it takes for a donation to track varies between retailers, so some donations may take longer to appear.
When should my donation appear?
For most retailers, your donation will appear in your account within a few hours.
Some retailers have different tracking processes. For example:
- Amazon donations usually won't track until your order has been dispatched.
- Other retailers may not report purchases until your order has been confirmed, shipped or collected.
My donation hasn't appeared yet
If your donation hasn't appeared, don't worry. It doesn't always mean there's a problem.
First, check that:
- You started your shopping journey through easyfundraising.
- You were signed in to your easyfundraising account.
- You met the retailer's donation terms and conditions.
When can I submit a Missing Donation claim?
If your donation hasn't appeared 72 hours after your purchase, you can submit a Missing Donation claim.
