Some donations can take slightly longer, for example, Amazon donations won't track until the item is dispatched for delivery.
If your donation hasn’t appeared after 72 hours, you can submit a missing donation claim here. Once submitted, we’ll send this to the retailer to try and claim the donation for you. You can find out more here.
