There are a number of reasons why your donations might be lower than you expected.
- Some part of your purchase didn't qualify for a donation, such as VAT, delivery or other fees, and items or services which are not eligible for donations.
- Some retailers offer different donation rates depending on whether you are a new customer or what you’re purchasing
- Some part of your order was returned or cancelled

If something doesn’t seem right, our Customer Support team are here to help. Just find the donation you want us to check in your Donation History, click the arrow next to the donation amount and click ‘Query this donation’ and we’ll look into it for you. You’ll need a few details about your order, which you can find in your confirmation email from the retailer.
