You can view all your donations in your donation history.
Most donations are tracked within a few hours of purchase. If your donation hasn’t appeared, it may be because your purchase wasn’t eligible. Common reasons include:
- Some retailers may require you to accept Cookies in their cookie policy to enable a donation to be tracked.
- You visited the retailer using a sponsored link from a search engine (usually the top few results on the search engine page).
You made the purchase via an unsupported retailer’s app. You can see which retailers support in-app donations Here.
Part or all of your order was cancelled or returned.
You used a voucher code not listed on easyfundraising.
- You received a discount through a membership scheme such staff and student etc.
One or more of the items weren’t eligible for a donation.
You saved items in your basket and returned later to buy them.
Any of these can break the link between easyfundraising and the retailer, or make the purchase ineligible. You can check a retailer’s terms and conditions on their easyfundraising page.
In some rare cases, donations can take up to 48 hours to track. If, after this time, you believe a donation should have tracked, our Customer Support team can help. Just complete our missing donation form and we’ll investigate. You’ll need a few order details from your retailer’s confirmation email.
