When you shop through easyfundraising, the retailer notifies us that a donation has been generated. At this stage, it’s marked as Pending. The retailer then checks that the order is eligible for a donation. Once confirmed, the status will change to Confirmed.
To check how long a donation is expected to remain pending, go to your Donation History and click the arrow next to the donation. This will open a page with more details, including a timeline at the bottom showing the estimated confirmation date.
