The main reasons a donation may be declined are:
- Order was cancelled or returned.
- easyfundraising wasn't identified as the referrer of the sale.
- The purchase was completed off line.
- The terms and conditions set by the retailer wasn't met.
- An unauthorised voucher code was used, please only use vouchers codes that we have supplied.
- A saved quote was used from a comparison site was used in purchase of insurance.
- A product was purchased which a donation was not offered on.
- The brand has ceased trading.
If you feel any of the above don't apply our Support team are always happy to investigate further for you, just find the donation you want us to check in your Donation History, click the arrow next to the donation amount and then click on the button to Query Donation. Then just add the information that is requested and we will do the rest.
