How do I update my cause location?

To update the postal address shown on your cause’s easyfundraising page:

1. Visit your Admin Dashboard by clicking here.
   Note: If you cannot access the admin dashboard, you're not logged in as the cause administrator. If you need help finding the right account, please contact our support team. 

2. Click Manage cause settings on the left-hand menu

3. Go to the Cause Details section.

4. Click the Edit button under Cause Location to update the address.

If you’d prefer to hide your location from public view, use the toggle under the edit button. Switching it off will hide the address from your cause page.
