To ensure we can transfer your raised donations, you’ll need to add or update your cause’s payment details. Here’s how:
1. Visit your Admin Dashboard: https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/admin-dashboard/
Note: If the page doesn't open, you're not logged in as the cause administrator. If you need help finding the right account, please contact our support team.
2. If you mange more than one cause, you can switch causes by pressing the blue Select another cause link under the cause name.
3. On the left-hand menu, select Manage cause settings.
4. Select Payment method to view your current bank details.
5. Click Edit bank details and enter your updated payment information.
6. Press Save to confirm the changes.
