To ensure we can transfer your raised donations, you’ll need to add or update your cause’s payment details. Here’s how:
1. Visit your Causes Page by clicking here.
2. Select the cause you want to update.
Note: If there are no causes to select, you're not logged in as the cause administrator. If you need help finding the right account, please contact our support team.
3. Click the yellow Manage details and settings button.
4. Select Payment method to view your current bank details.
5. Click Edit bank details and enter your updated payment information.
6. Press Save to confirm the changes.
