Payments are made to causes four times a year on what we call Donation Day.
To receive a payment, the cause admin must set up a payment method and add their payment details. You can read how to do this here.
If the total donations ready to be paid are £15 or more, we’ll send the funds using the selected payment method. If it’s under £15, we’ll carry it over to the next Donation Day.
