If you are a supporter of a cause
The outstanding donations will go to the cause once they have been confirmed and paid by the retailer.
If you are a cause administrator
Once the cause account is closed, any confirmed donations we have received from retailers will be paid out to your cause on the next Donation Day, provided the total confirmed balance reaches the £15 minimum payment threshold required for a final payment. Any outstanding donations received from retailers after this final payment has been made will be distributed to other good causes in line with our terms and conditions.
