Your easyfundraising username is the email address you use to sign in to your account. You can update it at any time from your account settings.
How do I change my email address?
- Sign in to your easyfundraising account.
- Go to Login & Security:
https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/account/settings/login-and-security/ - Enter your new email address.
- Enter your current password to confirm the change.
- Save your changes.
Your new email address will be used the next time you sign in.
I can't change my email address
For security reasons, you'll need to know your current password before you can change your email address.
If you've forgotten your password, reset it first using the Forgotten Password page:
https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/password/forgot/
Once you've reset your password, sign in and update your email address using the steps above.
I don't have access to my old email address
If you've lost access to the email address registered on your account and can't sign in, please contact our Support team for assistance.
