How do I close my account?

Once we receive your request, our Support team will process it in line with our account closure procedure.
Before you close your account
Closing your personal account means you will no longer be able to:
- Sign in to your easyfundraising account.
- Raise future donations through easyfundraising.
- Access your account history.
If you only want to stop receiving marketing emails, you do not need to close your account. Instead, you can update your email preferences from your account settings.
