You can choose which emails you receive from easyfundraising or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by updating your email preferences.
How do I change my email preferences?
- Sign in to your easyfundraising account.
- Go to your Email Preferences page:
https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/account/settings/preferences/ - Tick or untick the email options to choose which communications you'd like to receive.
- Your changes will be saved automatically.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
To stop receiving marketing emails from easyfundraising, untick the relevant boxes under the Email section on your Email Preferences page.
Please note that you may still receive important service emails, such as account security notifications or information about your donations, where these are necessary to manage your account.
