If you're appearing as Anonymous on a cause's donation leaderboard, your privacy settings are currently preventing your name from being displayed.
How do I show my name on the leaderboard?
- Sign in to your easyfundraising account.
- Go to your Account Preferences:
https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/account/preferences/ - Find the Privacy section.
- Turn Include me in leaderboards to On.
Once you've updated this setting, your name will be displayed on supported cause leaderboards instead of Anonymous.
Why am I shown as Anonymous?
By default, or if the privacy setting is turned off, your name is hidden to protect your privacy. Your donations will still be recorded, but your name will not appear on the leaderboard.
Can I change this back?
Yes. You can update your privacy setting at any time by returning to your Account Preferences and turning Include me in leaderboards on or off.
