Waiting on EFR and Quarantined – When a missing donation is raised, we will hold this for 21 days from submission. This duration allows us to verify the information provided and gives time for the donation to track into your account. If the donation successfully tracks, we will close the missing donation and notify you via email. If we require further details, we will also contact you accordingly.
In Review – We have sent on your missing to donation to the retailer for review. The retailer will either confirm the donation or give a reason why the donation will not be paid. We will update you via email when we have done this.
Accepted - The retailer has confirmed to us that your donation has been confirmed and paid. We will update you of this decision via email.
Declined - The retailer has declined your donation, and we will inform you via email the reason.
