When you let us know about a missing donation, our Customer Support team will let you know that they’ve received the query. They will review the information you provided and contact you if they need any additional information within 21 days, and then they will send it to the retailer. At this point, your query will be set as “in review”.
The retailer will review your missing donation query, and let us know whether it’s confirmed or declined. Depending on the retailer, this can take 4-6 months.
Either way, we’ll let you know the outcome as soon as we hear back, and if the query is confirmed, the donation will be added to your account.
