- Go via easyfundraising every time you shop – this tells the retailer that you want to raise a donation. Make sure to use easyfundraising even when amending a grocery order
- Make sure you’re logged into your easyfundraising account, otherwise the retailer won’t know where to send the donation
- Don’t use voucher codes that aren’t shown on easyfundraising
- Don’t use private or incognito browser windows as they can stop the donation from tracking
- Complete your purchase online – if you complete your shopping in person, this purchase won’t be eligible for a donation
- Enable cookies and turn off pop-up blockers and ad-blockers so that we can track your visit to the retailer
- Enable JavaScript
- Don’t use a VPN
- Make sure Anti-virus and Firewalls do not block cookies
