1) Meet the minimum order amount
- Most grocery retailers have a minimum order value.
- This means your final purchase total must meet or exceed the required amount.
- For example, if the minimum is £50, your final spend must be £50 or more.
- In some cases, alcohol may not count towards the total.
2) Avoid reserving a slot without completing your order
- Some people add items to their basket to reserve a delivery slot, then finish the order later.
- If you do this, make sure your basket still meets the minimum spend when you place the order.
- We strongly recommend completing your order in one session for the best chance of tracking.
3) Use the right app or website
- If you’re shopping from your phone or tablet, do not use the grocery retailer's mobile app.
- Instead, go to the retailer's mobile website via the easyfundraising app.
- Using the retailer's app will stop your donation from tracking.
4) Check the retailer's terms and rates
- Always review the terms and conditions on the retailer's page at easyfundraising.
- This helps you check that your items are eligible for donation.
- Some exclusions may apply, such as alcohol or specific delivery types.
