Amazon is one of our most popular retailers. Following the steps below will give your purchase the best chance of tracking and earning a donation.
Before you shop
Start your shopping through easyfundraising
Amazon does not support Donation Reminder, so you must start your shopping journey by visiting Amazon through:
- The easyfundraising website
- The easyfundraising mobile app
If you go directly to Amazon or use Donation Reminder, your purchase won't be eligible for a donation.
Sign in to your easyfundraising account
Before visiting Amazon, make sure you're signed in to your easyfundraising account so we can link any tracked donation to your account.
While you're shopping
Don't use saved basket items
Items that were already in your Amazon basket before you visited through easyfundraising are not eligible for donations.
For the best chance of your donation tracking:
- Empty your basket before starting your shopping journey.
- Visit Amazon through easyfundraising.
- Add your items to the basket after you've arrived at Amazon.
- Complete your purchase in the same shopping session.
Complete your purchase in one session
Avoid leaving Amazon and returning later to complete your order, as this may affect donation tracking.
Purchases that aren't eligible
Donations are not paid on:
- Items already saved in your Amazon basket before starting through easyfundraising.
- Subscribe & Save orders.
- Orders placed using an Amazon Business account.
- Bulk purchases.
- Commercial or retailer purchases.
Product exclusions
Some Amazon product categories are excluded from earning donations.
Please check the retailer page on easyfundraising for the latest list of excluded products before shopping.
Missing an Amazon donation?
